Technician - Production Location: Medway Salary: From £35,000 + DOE Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shifts: Rotating shifts We are seeking an experienced Production Technician to support efficient, high‑quality manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for running and maintaining injection moulding machines and other machinery, carrying out tool changes, monitoring quality, and supporting smooth production flow across shifts. This is a varied, hands on role working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver operational excellence and a strong customer‑first focus.
