We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Days: Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
* Utilise Salesforce or similar software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions required.
* Collaborate with the managing director to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
* Meet or exceed daily call quotas and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management software is an advantage.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
