Proposed Interview Date: 2nd June 2025 The role The purpose of this role is to design and deliver engaging and inspiring learning & development training programmes which support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for working with key business leaders and managers to identify training needs. You will be designing and delivering effective training solutions which develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to support their workforce development/people strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver programmes such as Leadership and Management and be CIH Level 4 qualified or working towards this qualification in Housing. The right fit Ability to demonstrate experience in delivering training and development programmes - Essential. Strong knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and tools- Essential. Ability to communicate, present and speak in public as well as facilitate engaging and motivational sessions to ensure that key outcomes are met. Able to build effective working relationships with businesses and partner organisations. Able to work on a variety of online platforms such as MS office (especially PowerPoint) to keep accurate, up to date records. Willingness to keep on top of new techniques in corporate teaching, a proactive and flexible approach to work. You will be qualified to Level 5 or above in business, Leadership or Management. Also, qualified to Level 4 or above in an area related to housing. Experience of working in the housing sector with up to date knowledge and understanding.
