In this pivotal role, you’ll identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure our sales initiatives align with ambitious growth targets. You’ll lead by example, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Design, Marketing, Product Development, Production, and Finance—to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll use your market insight and analytical skills to spot trends, shape our product offerings, and support the development of new collections. We are a collective of six luxury interior brands, each with a special role to play, and two manufacturing brands Anstey Wallpaper Company and Standfast & Barracks. Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing targeted high-margin sales strategies.
* Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyse competitive trends.
* Collaborate with the Creative and Commercial Director to identify new opportunities and drive long-term growth.
* Provide accurate pricing information and manage annual price adjustments.
* Utilize sales data to inform decision-making and develop strategies for revenue growth.
* Maintain accurate customer activity records for forecasting and business planning.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
* Oversee the development of new designs and collections in collaboration with internal teams.
* Stay informed on production processes, innovation, and design trends.
* Ensure timely follow-ups on meetings, exhibitions, and customer inquiries.
* Perform other related duties as required.

About You:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

* Extensive knowledge of the home furnishing and wallpaper market is essential.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
