Bakehouse Manager – Family Butchers Business
We are a long-established family butchers looking for an experienced and passionate Bakehouse Manager to lead our pie and pastry production.
The Role:
* Oversee daily bakehouse operations, producing high-quality pies, pastries, and baked goods.
* Manage stock, ordering, and food safety standards.
* Develop new recipes while maintaining our traditional favourites.
* Supervise and support a small team.
The Person:
* Previous experience of working with food essential.
* Strong knowledge of pastry and pie production.
* Organised, reliable, and committed to quality.
* A team player with leadership skills.
