NetSuite Help Desk
MUST HAVE previous NetSuite experience, resolving queries and troubleshooting tickets.
MUST BE: Within commuting distance to Basingstoke/Hampshire area for 2 days a week.
NetSuite Support Consultant / Help Desk Analyst working mainly to resolve queries over the phone, you will provide effective technical support, proactive services, knowledge updates, and fantastic customer service to a wide variety of NetSuite users on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
* Providing effective 1st and 2nd line support to a large number of NetSuite users
* Assisting with future software implementations and upgrades
* Assisting users with Bundle installs.
* Creating and delivering product features/updates webinars, blog posts, and videos.
* Reviewing users system usage and identifying areas where we can add value to customers.
* Reviewing and updating existing Product documentation and knowledge base.
* Maintaining professional relationships with users.
What's Required:
* NetSuite Suite Foundation certification or be willing to study towards it within the first six months of starting in the position
* Hands-on experience working with NetSuite
* Background of working within Support/Analyst roles or working within a finance team
* Customer focused mind set and a drive to add value
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Documentation and Multimedia skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines.
