3. Deliver initial technical assistance to internal users and teams.
4. Contribute to the upkeep and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and network systems.
5. Oversee timely and effective installation of hardware and software components.
6. Track system performance and address technical issues with urgency and precision.
7. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
8. Partner with senior IT staff to support system upgrades and continuous improvements.
9. Facilitate onboarding by configuring user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
10. Manage helpdesk inquiries and escalate complex technical problems when appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
11. Entry-level certification or academic background in Information Technology or a related discipline.
12. Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
13. Familiarity with core networking concepts and system administration practices.
14. A proactive mindset with a strong drive to troubleshoot and adopt emerging technologies.
15. Solid organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
16. Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
