1. Manage a portfolio of ER casework at high complexity and risk levels.
2. Support organisational design and organisational change activity.
3. Deliver restructures, role changes, redundancies and contractual changes.
4. Partner with leaders across all levels of the organisation, providing advice and coaching.
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.What You’ll Bring
5. Experience in organisational design or organisational change.
6. Strong ER case management experience (complex, high‑risk cases).
7. Understanding of UK employment law and ability to apply legislative updates.
8. Ability to coach, influence and challenge stakeholders across seniority levels.
