The school are growing in numbers year on year with additional funding having been recently approved. The school are incredibly proud of the important support they provide local families. Providing education, care and therapeutic support to their pupils for students aged 4-19. Due to the needs of the students, this is a school where you have a genuine opportunity to change the lives of your students. The role They have a few different TA gaps coming up at the school which are full-time and more ad hoc vacancies. The role of TA is varied, providing general classroom support. as well as 1-1 support. The school put a big focus on education but they also provide a very individualised approach with their students. Having been to the school recently, I can confidently say how happy the staff there are - which is something the headteacher puts a big focus on. Due to the needs of the students you must be used to dealing with challenging behaviour, have a positive attitude and have a desire to work with SEMH students.
