Role and Responsibilities
* We have exciting opportunities for experienced Registered Pharmacy Technicians to join our Medicines Management clinical team. Our team covers sites across Secure and Acute services and there are a number of opportunities across our services. Flexibility in working rotas and travel will be required to support the needs of the service.
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting patient care and assisting with medicines reconciliations and timely discharge processes for patients with complex mental illnesses and learning disabilities.
* Assist nursing staff with medicines management processes, complete audits, and provide training and education.
* Work autonomously and within a thriving and well-developed team to promote and provide a safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmaceutical service.
* To maintain Technicians' competencies and continue to develop your skills, provide some support to our dispensary services on a rota basis.
