Overview
Administration/Credit Control Assistant — Kettering. Hours: Monday to Friday, full time (office based). Salary circa £30K. Our Kettering based client is recruiting an Administration/Credit Control Assistant on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Finance Team this role will encompass a variety of administration duties.
Responsibilities
* Credit Control duties.
* General clerical and administrative duties such as answering customer queries via telephone or email.
* Processing of customer account applications.
* Customer account maintenance.
* Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
* Cash posting.
* Bank reconciliations.
* The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and the candidate will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by their changing role and/or the overall business objectives of the company.
Qualifications and skills
* A high standard of numeracy and accuracy.
* PC literacy and proficiency with the use of MS Excel and Word; SAP experience would be preferred but not essential.
* Effective communication both internally and externally.
* Participate as a 'Team' player, not solely as an individual.
* Capable of organising and prioritising workloads to meet company deadlines.
* Flexible approach to working and learning.
* Reliable, dependable and conscientious.
