Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as a National Account Executive.
Working hours: 37.50 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 (1 hour break)

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
* Developing business with our larger prospective and existing customers within your portfolio, using structured sales techniques
* Analyzing customer needs and overseeing the development and implementation of suitable solutions
* Regularly meeting with the customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
* Developing detailed business plans with your customers, providing them with accurate, approved pricing proposals and coordinating the development of customer contracts
* Working together with other FedEx teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience
* Producing accurate and timely reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking
Qualifications
* Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware
* Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and demonstrable results of managing multiple accounts to the complete satisfaction of customers
* Excellent communication and contact skills
* A creative and inventive way of working and thinking, enterprising, convincing and genuinely interested in your customers
* Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability while working in a team environment
* Excellent PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems
