What you will do
* Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy
* Provide technical governance for projects, setting and enforcing architectural standards and best practices
* Drive integration, data quality, governance, resilience and compliance across all platforms
* Shape standards, best practice and technical direction while still supporting hands on delivery where needed
* Document and communicate current and target state architectures, ensuring clarity and alignment
* Partner with teams across the business to ensure architecture decisions align with real operational needs
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar technical architecture role
* Data governance and compliance experience
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, ideally TOGAF
* Familiarity with BPMN and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Leadership and management experience
* Experienced in working in a small - mid sized company, working business wide rather than be siloed to one department
