Robert Half are currently looking for a technically strong Head of Group Reporting to lead all group and statutory financial reporting, treasury and debt management, and support transactions for a complex multi-entity business. This role is all about delivering accurate, timely financial info, improving processes, and managing key stakeholders including investors and lenders.

Location: Bristol (4-5 days on-site per week)
Rate: Discussed upon application
Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver consolidated quarterly and annual financial reporting under IFRS (and US GAAP where applicable).
* Manage month-end close and statutory reporting, ensuring deadlines and accuracy.
* Lead financial planning, valuations, and support deal execution like acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
* Oversee debt and treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and compliance with debt covenants.
* Manage external auditors and service providers, holding them to high standards.
* Simplify group structures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders, investors, and lenders
Essentials:
* Qualified accountant with 10+ years PQE in multi-entity experience
* Deep technical expertise in IFRS and experience managing complex group reporting
* Strong background in treasury, debt management, and transaction support
* Experience leading finance teams and driving process improvements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
