Responsibilities include managing and driving sales performance for residential properties, valuing and appraising homes, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, liaising with clients and potential buyers, and maintaining high professional standards in all interactions.

* Strong Sales expertise with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
