Location: Chesterfield (Travel to client sites required)

My client is a trusted provider of specialist Integrity Management, Inspection, and Testing Services, supporting key clients including the UK MoD, Babcock, BAE Systems, DSV, and Offshore Operators.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Deployment Project Supervisor to lead and manage their field-based Integrity Management teams. This critical role involves overseeing deployments to client sites across the UK and offshore, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate field service deployments, both on-site and remotely
* Manage pre- and post-deployment activities including risk assessments, method statements, costing, and reporting
* Ensure all operations comply with company and client HSE standards and QA/QC procedures
* Provide technical guidance on testing, fault finding, and repair of operational equipment, including high-pressure gas systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
* Mentor and develop field technicians to enhance flexibility and capability
* Act as the main operational point of contact for client stakeholders during deployments
* Support resource planning, recruitment, and training to meet business demand
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in supervising field-based teams within Inspection, Testing, or Integrity Management environments
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Technical proficiency in P&ID/GA drawings, LOTO procedures, high-pressure systems, and calibration
* Hands-on experience with pipework assemblies, torque equipment, and temporary manifold installations
* Ability to travel and work offshore as required
* Valid offshore medical certification and passport (or ability to obtain)
* Mechanical Engineering qualification at Level 3 or equivalent
Desirable:
* Commercial awareness with an ability to support quotations and costings
* 5+ years' experience in cylinder/tube inspection, testing, and refurbishment services
