Commercial Property Solicitor – Kent (Hybrid)

Our client, a respected regional law firm in Kent is seeking a confident and commercially-minded solicitor to join their busy and expanding Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on quality work across a broad range of commercial property matters, with genuine scope for career progression and development.
The Role:
You’ll be handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lease renewals and assignments
* Development projects
* Secured lending and refinancing
* Agricultural and mixed-use property (where applicable)
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2 years PQE+ in Commercial Property (but all levels will be considered)
* A confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Able to manage matters from instruction to completion
* Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
