Overview
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in the S18 area. The school is seeking a committed and qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to support children in their early stages of education.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day delivery of the EYFS curriculum
* Working 1:1 and in small groups with children to support their individual needs
* Encouraging learning through play and exploration
* Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation through a nurturing and child-led approach
Essential Requirements
* A relevant EYFS qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent) – this is a mandatory requirement
* A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
* A calm, empathetic, and patient manner
* Experience in a school or nursery setting (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
