Were on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Betting Team at Chester Racecourse. Youll be right at the heart of the action, working across public, restaurant and hospitality areas of the racecourse.
Please note, your closest racecourse must be Chester to apply for this role. You will be offered work at other racecourses additionally, e.g. Aintree Grand National 10th-11th
April, York Ebor 19th - 22nd August.

Who are we looking for?
Applicants 18+
Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred
Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred
Honest and reliable team members
Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge
Drivers/keen travellers - preferred not necessary

Providing a welcoming and friendly customer service
Ensuring bets are placed accurately
Providing accurate pay outs on winning tickets
Learning and understanding our products

£12.40 per hour + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.04
