Youll be the trusted advisor to our customersowning relationships, driving satisfaction, and unlocking new revenue streams. This is more than just account management. Acting as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Identifying and securing incremental revenue opportunities Leading contract renewals and forecasting revenue streams Leading and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless service and project outcomes Presenting insights and reports to senior stakeholders About you: Proven experience in a managed services or IT operations environment is essential for this role A curious mindset focused on identifying and solving business challenges Strong commercial mindset with a track record of upselling and renewals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Financial reporting know-how and attention to detail Confidence presenting at executive level What can we offer you?
