Job Summary:
Our client is seeking experienced and motivated Laggers to join their industrial services team at Faslane, for an immediate start on a 4-week contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining thermal insulation systems on industrial equipment, pipework, ducting, and vessels to ensure energy efficiency, safety, and protection of systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install and remove thermal insulation materials on pipes, tanks, boilers, ductwork, and vessels.
2. Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation materials and metal cladding.
3. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Apply protective coverings such as aluminium, stainless steel, and other sheet metal finishes.
5. Carry out maintenance, repairs, and replacement of insulation systems.
