PositionOverview:
We are currently recruiting foran exciting opportunity with an established training provider inSheffield.
The role requires an individualwho can take the strategic lead on the development, implementationand monitoring of curriculum, quality improvement, and qualityassurance processes and procedures for all of the organisationscontract delivery.
All candidates must haveaccess to their own vehicle with business insurance. Travel will beexpected. Travel expenses paidfortnightly.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Monitorand report upon the quality of teaching, learning and assessment,making recommendations for continuous development to ensure highquality delivery.
* Develop and implement arobust quality assurance framework, ensuring that all aspects ofdelivery meet regulatory requirements and industrystandards.
* Responsible for the development andmanagement of the organisations internal qualitystrategy.
* Oversee the design and development ofthe adult education budget curricula, ensuring relevance andalignment of industry best practices.
* Ensuringthat the curriculum meets the "3 I s" Intent, Implementation, andImpact in line with the current Education InspectionFramework.
* Identify improvements and ensurebest practice, reporting outcomes to SMT andTeams.
* Conduct regular audits and assessmentsto monitor program quality and compliance internally andexternally
* Lead efforts to continuously improvethe teaching and learning experience, identifying innovativeapproaches and best practices
* Effectively usedata and learner feedback to analyse performance, monitor progresstowards targets and objectives, monitor the quality of provisionand inform the self-assessmentprocess.
* Providing support, professional adviceand guidance for managers relevant to the key focus of the role tosupport the delivery of ongoing quality improvements and ensurethat funding and performance expectations aremet.
* Lead the organisations approach to selfassessment and improvement planning, including overseeing theproduction of the self-assessment report and associated qualityimprovement plans.
* Ensuring the organisation isalways prepared for inspection, taking a lead role during qualityrelated inspections or audits.
* To overseepartnerships with awarding bodies and external verifiers, ensuringcompliance and best practice is in line with awarding andregulatory bodies.
* To provide direct linemanagement to our Quality Managers in order to drive tutorperformance.
* To maintain up to date knowledgeof funding guidance, national and local developments in education,prevent and safeguarding, and other relevant policies to ensurehigh quality delivery and standards.
* To ensurethe organisations financial profiles are achieved through theeffective performance management of staff andresources
Aboutyou:
* Experience ofOfsted Inspection(s) with minimum grade 2achieved
* Proven experience in a managementposition including line management ofstaff
* Excellent Knowledge of ESFA fundingcompliance, as well as other funding streams that support theskills sector.
* Track record in designing andexecuting successful training programs
* Abilityto produce and manage action plans to raise qualitystandards
* Occupationally competent inaccordance with Awarding Bodyguidelines
* Familiarity with traditional andmodern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or inclassroom training, e-learning, workshopsetc)
* Recognised Teaching Qualification e.g.PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS
* 1 years teaching experiencerequired
* 1 year tutoring experience(Desirable)
