The Role
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and inspiring a team of skilled chefs across multiple cuisines
* Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure top-quality dishes and service
* Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
* Managing stock, budgets, and kitchen efficiency
* Developing menus and introducing new culinary innovations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
* Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine buffet-style cooking
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
* Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
