Overview

Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Lurgan Branch – full-time, 12-month fixed term contract.

Salary: £24,000 plus a £500 annual flexible benefits allowance. This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 6:00pm. The role is based in the Lurgan branch.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, acting as a listener and problem solver for customers. You may assist with simple cash transactions, help customers with technology in the banking hall, transact over the phone, or help protect customers against fraud and scams. You’ll work in a busy, varied, and supportive branch environment as part of a close-knit team.


Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for customers in-branch or over the phone
* Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answer customer calls into our contact centre
* Build relationships and find solutions for customers
* Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identify new ways to improve the customer experience

* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from a face-to-face or telephony background
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
* Right to work in the UK

* The role is based in the Lurgan branch
* 12-month fixed-term contract
* Full-time role, 35 hours across Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Right to work in the UK
