THE ROLE
* You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a team of Private Client Solicitors, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the department.
* Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail, manage diaries and client files and handle a wide range of general administrative duties.
* Assist with probate applications and Powers of Attorney, supporting the legal team throughout these processes.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Applications are sought from Legal Secretaries with a minimum of one years experience working in a similar role.
* Solid understanding of wills, probate, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney, enabling you to support the legal team effectively.
* Strong organisational abilities and excellent document production skills, demonstrating high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office, allowing you to work efficiently and accurately within a fast‑paced legal environment.
