As our Fleet Ambassador, your key objective is to ensure that all vehicles are checked for condition and roadworthiness, adhering to legal, corporate image, and operational standards. Exceptions should be reported via the vehicle check app and defect procedure. You will ensure all drivers identify and report defects correctly and that these are rectified. Responsibilities include conducting start and end of contract handovers for Owner Driver leased vehicles, supporting depot operations through regular site and equipment checks, and reporting fleet accidents on the TranMan portal.
