Job Description
As the Payroll/Office Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Manage and execute all payroll operations within the department.
* Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Perform office administrative duties efficiently.
* Assist with financial reports as required.
* Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
* Coordinate with HR team to ensure all employee data is accurate.
* Stay updated with current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws.
* Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll/Office Administrator should have done some or all of the above responsibilities.
