About the Role:
* Deliver tailored lessons to students with diverse SEN needs
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support student progress
* Plan and adapt curriculum to meet individual needs
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Learning Difficulties)
* Passionate about inclusive education and student development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and resilience
