* Support learning with enthusiasm, guiding small groups and stepping up to lead whole classes when needed.
* Help plan and assess activities that spark curiosity and growth.
* Work side-by-side with a fantastic team of TAs to run our much-loved holiday scheme.
* Create a classroom that's safe, inclusive and full of joy.
* Encourage positive behaviour and nurture pupils' well-being every single day.
What you need to succeed in this role:
* HLTA qualified (or bring similar valuable experience).
* Love working with children and have a proactive, can-do spirit.
* Communicate easily and thrive in a team.
* Bring experience in EYFS or primary settings - and a big smile.
* Always keen to learn and grow.
