Job Brief:Our client aims to appoint a highly skilled Full-Stack E-commerce Web Developer with extensive knowledge of PHP to develop and maintain their in-house e-commerce platform. The successful candidate will work closely with Shade Station's senior management, including the COO, to define software requirements and lead operational and technical projects. This position offers the autonomy to work independently, supported by exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining the PHP e-commerce platform.Creating responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JS.Ensuring the technical feasibility and optimising platform performance.Leading the testing and debugging of code to ensure high-quality platform functionality.Collaborating with internal teams to improve the platform.Staying abreast of the latest web development trends and technologies. Essential Skills:A minimum of 8 years of full-stack development experience.Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS.A proven track record in e-commerce development.Strong knowledge of MySQL databases and JSON.Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.The ability to solve problems independently with excellent communication skills. Desirable Skills:Experience with Linux server administration.Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
