To facilitate learning through demonstration and instruction ensuring records are accurately kept for all hourly paid and agency staff. To ensure weekly paid employees and all agency operatives are trained to meet their job requirements whilst maintaining some flexibility of hours and departments. To carryout annual assessments and refresher training on all skills for all operatives to ensure the company's standards are maintained. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday Hours of work: 05:30-14:00
