Base pay range
£26,000 - £32,000 DOE per annum plus benefits, on-call & overtime

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta are two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail?
* Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
* Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year
What we expect from you:
* High pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience
* Surveying experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage
* Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
* Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
* Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
* Be willing to work some unsociable hours
* Full UK driving licence
* Must live in the Birmingham area
