What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant, Partnerships Lead to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
* Present solutions to support the closure of opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
* Influence the achievement of revenue targets for target products & solutions.
* Work with sales management to identify and qualify opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle.
* Share insights from client and sales interactions for product development.
* Lead client engagement and solutions selling to foster credible, integrated partnerships.
* Participate with senior management to establish strategic goals and make final decisions on operations.
* Engage with peers and senior management on projects and operational issues.
* Negotiate and influence critical matters affecting the organization.
* Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures; manage resources including budget and personnel.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven sales, support, or account management experience with cross-functional teams.
* Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-centric skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to engage at various seniority levels and communicate solutions effectively.
* Proven track record of growing revenue and market share.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Ability to travel up to 30% (post pandemic).
* Leadership and organizational skills.
* Problem solving, decision making, and financial acumen.
