Salary: £57,953 - £61,003 Within this role, you will be responsible for contracts management. Reporting to and deputising for the Service Delivery Manager you will ensure that the services provided are in line with the KPIs. You must have proven experience in the social housing sector of managing responsive repairs and maintenance work across multiple disciplines and experience within Voids and Disrepairs would also be beneficial. What you'll need to succeed To enable you to join us you will ideally be experienced in and capable of the following: -Ensure services delivered comply with current statutory and non-statutory legislation, adhere to the Metworks SHE system and ensure that Gas safe and EIC / NIC membership and compliance are maintained -Effective management of all departmental resources, systems and processes to ensure service delivery with a commercial focus and meeting the customers` needs. -Analyse and report Contract performance to the Service Delivery Manager, communicate KPI and other performance to your team. -Manage materials and equipment performance to ensure correct stock levels and supply chain efficiency -Manage direct reports to deliver a cost effective and streamlined programme of multiple elements including subcontractors. -Assist in the procurement of the subcontractor to deal with the larger work streams and Adhoc works -Programme/director and manage yearly programme compiled by yourself meeting forecast targets. -Have a proven track record in formulating/managing and delivering multiple elements. -Have qualities around managing direct reports effectively and fairly. -Identify training requirements in team and nurturing enthusiasm. -Full driving licence Preferred but not essential: -SMSTS qualification -CISRS training What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, take a look at the attached Job Description for more details and if it's the ideal job for you, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
