Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Wallington. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks, handling phone communications, maintaining schedules, and providing support to executives. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing clerical duties, ensuring smooth office operations, and serving as a point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, ensuring efficient office and task management
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance with the ability to manage executive schedules and priorities
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
* Basic computer and MS Office proficiency
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous
