The Role
We are seeking a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: -
* General administrative support to the finance team
* Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
* Handling supplier and customer queries promptly and professionally
* Assisting with credit control processes – including managing customer direct debits
* Support the finance team with various reporting requirements
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in similar role preferred, but not essential
