The successful candidate needs to be computer literate, experienced in the use of electronic communications and be confident during face to face and telephone interactions with patients and visitors. They will be a point of contact for patients at the Breast Institute and Ropewalk House and act as an information resource for staff and visitors.Knowledge of hospital systems i.e. Medway, PAS and DHR is desirable, however training can be provided.
