Job Title: Powder Coater
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Monthly- Ongoing
Pay Rate: £12.30
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 & Friday 07:00-12:30
Location: Livingston
Key Duties
1. Prepare components: cleaning, degreasing, masking, and hanging
2. Operate powder coating equipment and curing ovens
3. Apply coatings to specified thickness and finish standards
4. Inspect finished work and rectify coating defects
5. Carry out colour changes efficiently
6. Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work area
7. Work to production schedules and quality standards
8. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Experience & Skills
9. Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing environment
10. Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and defect prevention
11. Experience with ovens and thickness control
12. Good attention to detail and reliability
13. Able to work independently and as part of a team
