Area Cluster Manager
Join us at GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc., a leader in supply chain solutions. We are looking for an Area Cluster Manager to support our new business win, SGN, within the Southeast of England. You can be based at any of the sites within your cluster (Orpington, South Godstone, Ashford, Horsham) with regular travel expected between locations.
As the Cluster Manager you will be responsible for the controlling and managing of multiple controlled and uncontrolled sites within your region while ensuring that the operation is managed effectively and efficiently, leading and monitoring productivity to ensure KPIs are completed to meet Health and Safety Standards.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, predominantly working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. We do ask for some flexibility when required.

Salary up to £50,000.00, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
* Providing leadership and guidance for the management teams to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication to address operational issues effectively and in a timely manner.
* Monitoring depot operational activities to ensure contractual obligations for customers are achieved, generating solutions for continuous improvement in service.
* Collating and reporting weekly production figures to support the creation of internal and customer KPI packs.
* Liaising with HR on operational/management concerns and employee relations issues.
What You Need To Succeed At GXO
* Support and encourage a good team‑working spirit and ensure that leadership teams work effectively and communicate frequently to achieve business objectives.
* Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment.
* Experience of managing stores and distribution environment or similar background preferable, but not essential.
