Role Overview
As our AI Automation Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for identifying, implementing, and maintaining automations across marketing, operations, customer service, and finance. You’ll work cross-functionally with team leads to understand pain points and apply smart, AI-enabled solutions that help the business run smoother and
faster.
Key Responsibilities
* Research, evaluate, and implement AI and automation tools to improve internal workflows
* Collaborate with different departments to understand repetitive tasks and create automation solutions
* Configure and maintain no-code/low-code tools, AI agents, and custom automations
* Monitor performance of automations and ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
* Document systems and provide training/support to relevant team members
* Stay up to date with emerging tools and best practices in AI and workflow automation
Requirements
* Strong experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, N8N, Airtable Automations)
* Familiarity with generative AI tools and APIs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI API, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and systems thinking
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to optimize and iterate on systems
* Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS environments
