About therole
Lead from the front, take full ownership ofthe restaurant, and smash performance goals while building a teamthat doesn't just meet standards but exceeds them. Own the numbers,the vibe, and the experience, keeping everything running smoothlywhile creating a space where both guests and the teamthrive.
What will you spend yourtime doing?
* Leadlike you mean it. You'll take fullownership of the restaurant — drive performance, hit goals, and setthe vibe.
* Build a teamworth following. Train, coach, andmotivate your people so they don't just meet the standard — theyraise it.
* Smash thetargets. Own your KPIs and push theteam to deliver every shift, everyday.
* Keep ittight. Stay on top of the admin —rosters, stock, reporting — so everything runs smooth behind thescenes.
* Make the guestexperience unforgettable. Turnfirst-timers into regulars by creating moments that hitdifferent.
