FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: Up to £28,000 dependent on skills and experience

Your role:
The role is very multi skilled and varied role. You will be responsible for processing the business payments when required for purchase ledger, manual payments, chaps, intercompany transfers, regulatory pay-overs, reassurance payments and any other business payments.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Assist in the daily processing of purchase invoices and consolidated invoices when required.
2. Assist in the daily and monthly reporting for both General Insurance and Fairs 3rd party business.
3. Support in the preparation of Bank and control reconciliations and associated journals.
4. Support the Investigation and resolution of any discrepancies that are generated from daily reports. Increasing knowledge and understanding of business processes.
5. Ensure both internal and external queries are appropriately responded to within agreed SLAs. Any support required is requested.
We’re looking for:
6. Previous experience working within purchase ledger or a finance admin role experience.
7. Must be IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and word.
8. Ability to plan and manage your workload with key deadlines.
9. Must have good communication skills and confidence to work closely with stakeholders.
