Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor:
* Supervise all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with project schedules.
* Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams to achieve project objectives.
* Uphold and promote rigorous compliance with Health & Safety standards across all site operations.
* Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive efficient and coordinated project delivery.
* Apply strong awareness of safe working practices in live environments, ensuring client systems remain fully operational throughout construction.
* Maintain a solid understanding of company policies and procedures, while building and sustaining effective relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
* Seasoned trades professional with 5–10 years’ experience supervising large installation teams and managing subcontractors.
* In-depth understanding of Health & Safety standards and industry best practices.
* Skilled in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong multidisciplinary approach.
* Proficient in the use of software and digital tools to enhance project planning and delivery.
