KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this extremely successful and innovative business to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team. Your duties will be as follows:
* Responsibility for reviewing the management accounts
* Working with department heads to understand sales, commercial trends and overhead analysis
* Production of monthly performance trading packs analysing variances to budget
* Supporting the commercial and operations teams with the production of weekly and monthly sales analysis
* Carrying out any ad hoc reporting required to investigate variances and queries after month end reporting
* Playing a pivotal role in budgeting and forecasting activities; including cashflow and balance sheet projections
* Producing a monthly profitability forecast with commentary
* Monitoring and forecasting cashflow requirements
* Proactively developing reports and processes ensuring they reflect operational requirements
* Working collaboratively with various departments, supporting the business with ad-hoc costing and financial support where required
* Supporting interim and year end audit preparation
* Reviewing quarterly VAT submissions
* Facilitating the development of the finance team
You will be a qualified or part qualified Accountant or QBE and have proven experience in a similar role.
This role will suit someone who is keen to be an integral member of the finance team and keen to drive financial performance and strategic decision making across the business.
