Job Description:
We're looking for a Design Services Engineer to lead the design of complex signalised junctions, pedestrian crossings, and intelligent traffic control systems across a range of high-profile infrastructure projects. This role offers a 50/50 split between home working and onsite presence, ideal for surveys, design validations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:
* Undertake on-site inspections, surveys, commissioning, and supervision.
* Prepare technical designs of complex signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings in line with approved procedures, along with technical specifications.
* Provide technical oversight on new product or service ideas and drawing up plans for new designs.
* Prepare complex MOVA Designs and MOVA Datasets.
* Ensure knowledge of design standards such as TSRGD, DMRB, and the Traffic Signs Manual.
* Undertake MOVA Validations of complex junctions and roundabouts.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have experience designing signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings and are looking to advance to a Senior Design Services Engineer role, bringing a new perspective within traffic signal design.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keysignals, OSC Mapper, and AutoTURN software.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge of TOPAS 2500A Traffic Signal Controller Specifications.
* Knowledge of MOVA tools, datasets, and linking.
* Knowledge of LinSig 3.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
