The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice Office Administrator to join our friendly team in Cheddar. You will undertake general administrative duties to support departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform general office administration tasks.
2. Respond to emails and handle administrative duties as they arise.
3. Answer incoming calls professionally, transfer calls, and take messages.
4. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, team members, and management.
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
6. Provide support to the Finance & HR departments.
7. Perform additional duties as directed by the company.
8. Develop administrative and communication skills through the Weston College Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Experience in office administration is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Good telephone manner.
4. Willingness to learn new tasks.
5. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
6. Friendly, personable, and a team player.
7. Proactive with a positive attitude and strong team ethic.
