You will be equipped with practical experience in project management, business analysis, and change management methodologies, applying this to exciting client assignments such as organisational restructuring and change impact analysis.
You will join FDM as an Associate Consultant in the Change and Transformation Practice, delivering projects across various sectors and specialist areas. Client assignments may involve roles such as Change Manager, Transformation Manager, Project Manager, Principal Business Analyst, or Programme Director. Career progression at FDM includes advancing to Consultant, Senior Consultant, then Principal Consultant, as you develop your skills and deliver expert consulting work.

Minimum Qualifications
* Degree-level qualification (2:2 or higher)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Interest and desire to work in technology
* Commitment to at least two years of employment with FDM
