Agriculture & Rural Network Loss Adjuster - Belfast
We now have an excellent opportunity for a talented loss adjuster to join our Agriculture & Rural Network Team, ideally based in the Northern Ireland region.
At Sedgwick, our Agriculture and Rural Network deals with a wide range of claims from the rural community. As either an experienced or trainee Loss Adjuster, we will provide you with the tools and training required to investigate and settle losses on behalf of specialist rural insurance companies. You will meet their customers and assess their property and financial losses. These claims could range from damage to domestic homes, commercial claims, agriculture, and potentially anything in between.
You will work as part of a specialist team of Loss Adjusters and Claim Professionals, supported by a dedicated local team of experienced staff focused on delivering an unrivaled customer experience. You will be responsible for managing a caseload effectively, meeting all client expectations, and maintaining support from specialist rural Insurance Brokers and Agents. You will have the autonomy to use your initiative, empathy, and understanding to serve customers, providing the right outcomes.

Requirements:
* DIP CII, CILA, or ACILA qualifications are advantageous.
* Knowledge and experience within Insurance, Claims Management, or Loss Adjusting.
* Effective and confident communication skills to forge strong relationships.
* Conscientious and hardworking to achieve and exceed results.
* Flexibility during busy periods, especially during major weather events.
* Commitment to delivering 'Absolute Customer Satisfaction.'
* A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus.
