What We’re Looking For
* Excellent people and communication skills, verbal and written.
* Some hands-on construction experience in residential house building.
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Keen learner to obtain good job knowledge through continual professional development.
* Strong interest in house building, learning industry improvements, building standards and safety.
* A construction-related qualification or experience is advantageous but not required.
* IT literate and able to learn new software packages.
* Ability to work as part of a team with a “Can do” attitude.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
