Cover Supervisor – Secondary School
Pay Rate: £103 - £125 a day

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisors to work in a vibrant secondary school setting that specialises in supporting students within Mainstream and challenging behaviours. The school is committed to re-engaging young people in learning, providing a structured yet nurturing environment, and helping students achieve their full potential academically and personally.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Manage classrooms of up to 30 pupils, maintaining focus and positive behaviour
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities
* Support students’ learning by responding to questions and encouraging engagement
* Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing
The ideal Cover Supervisor will:
* Hold an Education-based or Core Subject degree
* Have aspirations to work in Education as a Teacher, Pastoral Manager, or other specialist role
* Be able to build rapport quickly and engage pupils effectively
* Lead by example with enthusiasm, patience, and resilience
* Hold a Child-Only Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply via GSL Education
